Para ver Melro-das-rochas em Porugal, há três pontos a ter em conta:/To see Rock Thrushes in Portugal, one must bear in mind three things:

- que só nos visitam de Abril a Setembro (em Outubro só os temos fugazmente de passagem);/they are only here from April to September (in October we only have them on passage);

- que só se encontram nas serras do centro e norte do país (excepto os registos migratórios);/they are only to be found on the mountains of the centre and north (except the migration records);

- e que nestas, geralmente apenas acima da cota dos 800m (uma vez mais, salvo as observações de migradores)./and that on these mountains, they are generally found above 800m (with the exception, once again, of observations concerning migrants).
